Thanks for reaching out for an application to work with us! Here are a few facts you should consider when assembling your documents:

Motivation matters. Tell us why you want to work with us and not some other company doing similar stuff. What in particular would you like to do in your job? What is the role you want to fill? It can be helpful to align to our job openings.

Experience counts. What have you done relevant to our company target? We are a (micro) electronics company with strong R/D. We do things like research on quantum computing and artificial intelligence. What do you know about electronics? Do you speak English/German, what are your programming skills? Have you done anything noticable in Open Source or Social Media?

Be professional. Give us a single PDF file containing a cover letter, a tabular CV, a list of references or certificates, if applicable. The PDF file should speak for itself. Compress the PDF file to less then 5MB. Send it by mail to jobs@anabrid.com.

Be prepared. If not in person, then we do interviews with Zoom. Make sure you have the client working on your device (preferably not a smartphone/tablet). Interviews are typically 30-60 minutes. Bring your questions, an interview is for becoming familiar on both sides.
